Refund Policy

At 1011urban.art, we take pride in supporting small-time artists and fostering a community of creativity. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

No Refunds Policy

  • All purchases made through 1011urban.art are final, and we do not offer refunds once the manufacturing, design, or fulfillment process has begun.

  • This includes digital art, physical artwork, or any other products available on the website.

Refunds Before Fulfillment Begins

  • If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, you may do so only if the manufacturing, design, or fulfillment process has not yet started.

  • If the order is still in its initial stages, we will gladly process a full refund for your purchase.

  • Please note that once the manufacturing or fulfillment process has begun, the order becomes final, and we are unable to process any refunds.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds After Fulfillment Begins

  • The revenue from all transactions on our platform goes directly to assisting small-time artists, allowing them to grow their businesses and support their craft.

  • Once production or fulfillment has begun, the funds are allocated to support the artist, and we are unable to reverse payments.

What To Do If You Have Concerns

  • If you have any concerns about your purchase or need to cancel the order before the fulfillment process begins, please contact us immediately at 1011officialgallery@gmail.com.

  • We will review your request and inform you of the status of your order. If the fulfillment process has not yet started, we will proceed with your refund.

Exchanges and Replacements

  • For physical products, in the case of damage during shipping, please reach out within 7 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist with exchanges or replacements.

  • Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us assess the issue.

Special Considerations

  • In the rare case that a product is misrepresented on the website or fails to meet its description, we will work with you to resolve the situation, possibly through an exchange or store credit.
